Beyond Rev’s out of the Salt Lake City won the 2020 Sandy McLinden Memorial Tournament recently held at Spare Time Bowl.

The Winnemucca Inn provided $2,800 in prize money and Winners Inn contributed $1,000. Nearly 110 bowlers competed, with 95 of them from out of town. 

Over $10,000 in prize money was awarded as 36 teams competed. 

Beyond Rev’s won the top prize of $3,600 and team members include Chayton Petersen, Jeff Morley and Scottie Redmond.

Strike Zone Pro Shop (Brian Davis, Charlie Gumina, Charles Washburn) finished second and earned $2,700. 

JJC (Jennifer Dunbar, Jared Painter, Chris Morley) placed third and won $1,950. 

Wookin Pa Nub (Bruce Haylett, Rebecca Azurmendi, Mike Boecher) were fourth and won $1,500.

Ely’s Boys (Cade Knutson, Will Noah, Casey Knutson) placed fifth and Orphan’s (Jason Richardson, Paul Bellino, Scott Carpenter) were sixth. 

Stud Stable (Scott Asencio, Jeffery Burkhart, JP Kaina) placed seventh and Old Dudes (Dwayne Newkirk, Ed Hunt, Mike Taylor) finished in eighth.

The out of the money  high team game went to Dirty Dawgs (Josh Vershum, Russell Vershum, Josh Groves) with a 756 series. 

Jamie Flynn had the high individual game, with a 299.

The high average out of the money went to Ajay Walters at 234.42. 

James Pinkney, Josh Cook and Duane Joseph had the high individual points won/out of the money with 18.

Old Dudes led the way in Saturday’s results, while JJC and Orphans were second and third, respectively.
