Did you know that mandatory or required vaccines are a blatant violation of the Nuremberg Code? Here is why:

The Covid-19 vaccine is considered ‘experimental’.

Per the US National Library of Medicine, the vaccine is experimental and the trial will last two years.

Anyone having the vaccine trials is taking part in an experiment (see for more information). Our legal system, and specifically the Nuremberg Code/Law, enshrines the individual’s right to voluntary, informed consent to medical risk taking as a foundational medical ethic. In summary,

-The consent must be informed

-The consent must be given voluntarily

-The consent must not be obtained through misrepresentation or fraud

The Nuremberg Code defends the basic human right to the Informed Consent ethic and reject the moral argument that the creation of alleged benefits for the many (“herd immunity”) justifies the sacrifice of the few. Additionally, it is my understanding that the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights; Article 6 requires consent and a thorough understanding of the ingredients in the vaccines).

“Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information.

The consent should, where appropriate, be expressed and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice.”

For members of the organization who in any way felt compelled to take the vaccine as a condition of employment, as a matter of justice, the question of compensation for injury must also be considered.

It would behoove organizations encouraging or requiring vaccines which carry risks, to have a robust compensation program in place.

Companies and organizations will have to acknowledge the risks of vaccines, that the company is causing that risk by requiring or strongly encouraging vaccines, and that the company accept full liability to pay for all damage they may cause by administering/requiring a vaccine.

Vaccine hesitancy on the part of many in our society is a direct result of the lack of acknowledgement by the pharmaceutical industry, government regulatory agencies and health professionals of many of our concerns–legal, scientific and philosophically.

It really is time for more frank and open discussion, not less. Instead of increasing vaccine hesitancy by messaging the move toward requiring vaccination, companies and organizations are encouraged to take up this challenge and address the concerns of a growing portion of the workforce who are fast losing trust in the medical system.

Let’s return to the days in which robust debate, bringing in experts from many backgrounds and points of view and deep research and analysis were the norm.

As we move toward the vaccination of children, pregnant women and a push toward more governmental overreach and attempts to control the populace, this becomes imperative.

It is my opinion that mandating masks is also a direct violation of The Nuremberg Code. Robust debate, anyone?
