March 11

Sean Bradley Wigglesworth pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from original felony possession of a controlled substance charge. The court ordered an $860 fine + $140 with credit given for two days time served.



March 15

Dana Holcomb pleaded no contest to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ordered $50 monthly payments for fees. 



Amanda Deann Storey pleaded no contest to misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. The court ordered $50 monthly payments for fees.  



Jocelyn Ann Manzo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. The court ordered $50 monthly payment of fees until paid.



March 16

A misdemeanor driving with a suspended driver’s license against Michael Wilkinson was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office without prejudice in open court. 



Misdemeanor charges of driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked and when lighted lamps are required against Michael K. Wilkinson were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office without prejudice in open court. 



Cash bail on charges of misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled/suspended/revoked and operating an unregistered motor vehicle; placement of certification of registration against Nicholas Francisco Garcia was forfeited and the case was closed. 



Victor Cobain paid the fine for misdemeanor no seat belt and a misdemeanor unregistered vehicle charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. 



Travis Richard Taylor pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit given for one day time served and the remaining 24 hours converted to 48 hours of house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed + 185 days breath interlock device.
