    Stratford Brian Jones was dishonorably discharged from court supervision after failure to comply with the terms of his supervision and all fines and fees were paid. 
    Jones was convicted of a gross misdemeanor conspiracy to possess a controlled substance in February 2019 at age 20 after pleading guilty following his arrest in March 2018.

    Andrew Pugh was recently sent to serve 12 to 48 months in prison with 125 days credit for time served after admitting to violating five different rules of his probation. 
    Deputy District Attorney Max Stovall said that Pugh had admitted to using methamphetamine in September and November in 2019 and that he charged at a probation officer, instigating law enforcement involvement.
    Pugh had been ordered to complete the Humboldt County Adult Drug Court program in late 2017 and five years of probation after admitting to possessing nine grams of methamphetamine.

    Earl Lamar Pointer was recently ordered to complete 36 months of probation with an underlying 12 to 32 month prison sentence from a 2014 drug case after being a fugitive from justice for over five years. 
    The Nevada Department of Parole and Probation recommended that Pointer be placed on probation with a suspended sentence and reported that he had no new charges since 2014.

    Michael Todd Rosencrantz was recently convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance in Sixth Judicial District Court after failing to comply with probation requirements that would have allowed him to avoid a felony conviction if followed.

    Two Pershing County men are headed to state prison for DUI offenses.
    Last month, at his arraignment, William Lane Roberts pleaded guilty to his third DUI within seven years. 
    Steve Cochran asked the judge to delay sentencing until Monday, Feb. 3, so Roberts could complete the Phoenix Program for alcohol addiction. Roberts graduated from the rehabilitation program. 
    On Monday (Feb. 3), the defendant came to court from the Northern Nevada Correctional Center. He’s doing time on a DUI conviction from another jurisdiction.
