Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 10, T28N, R34E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 10 bears S 74 degrees 14 minutes W, a distance of 3,464.2 feet (approx. 20 miles NE of Lovelock, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling and dewatering purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 15, T28N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 15 bears S 9 degrees 51 minutes W, a distance of 1,419 feet.
