Legal No 3675 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90229 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 3rd day of November 2020 Battle Mountain Gold Company (Predecessor to Nevada Gold Mines LLC) of Elko, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.2763 c.f.s., 200 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 68408. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Phoenix PW-15) at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 8, T30N, R43E, MDB&M or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of Section 28, T31N, R43E, MDB&M bears N 27 degrees 07 minutes 47.1 seconds E, a distance of 15,443 feet (approx. 13 miles W-SW of Battle Mountain, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 10, T30N, R43E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 10 bears S 31 degrees 50 minutes 54 seconds W, a distance of 1,827.02 feet. This project is requested through the Universal Service Fund e-rate program, so bidders must be e-rate eligible service providers.
